Yolanda graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology and Psychology from Eastern New Mexico University. Yolanda has worked in the area of human services , assisting adults with disabilities, and she joined the Covenant Kids team in 2002 as a Case Manager. She was later promoted to the role of Case Management Supervisor and eventually Associate Director. As the Associate Director, Yolanda oversees the agency’s Foster Care program and directly supervises the Area Director, Case Management Supervisors, Adoption Director, Development Director and the Intake Manager Supervisor. Her passion for children finding healing in safe and stable homes drives her to uphold the standards of the agency and to aim for success with each child and family we serve.
Lacee Bills, LBSW

Lacee graduated with her Bachelor’s in Social Work degree from the University of Texas at Arlington and is a Licensed Baccalaureate Social Worker. Upon graduation, she began working with Dallas County Child Protective Services. In 2005, Lacee joined the Covenant Kids team as a Case Manager and was later promoted to the role of Case Management Supervisor. As a Case Management Supervisor, Lacee supervises Case Managers as they support foster and adoptive families in caring for children. Lacee has received specialized training from Heather Forbes as a Beyond Consequences, Logic, and Control Behavior Management trainer and uses her expertise to aid families in providing optimal care for their children.
Amanda Burt

Amanda graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Tarleton State University. Shortly after graduation she went to work for Child Protective Services as an on-going worker in Palo Pinto and Tarrant counties. Amanda joined the Covenant Kids team in 2007 as a Case Manager and was later promoted to the role of Case Management Supervisor. As a Case Management Supervisor, Amanda is an invaluable resource to her Case Managers as they strive to provide excellent services to children and families.

Morgan McKnight

Morgan graduated with a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences degree, with an emphysis of Native American Studies, from the University of Oklahoma. Morgan’s career prior to Covenant Kids has been with The Center for Child Abuse and Neglect in Oklahoma City and 5 1/2 years as an On-going Caseworker with Child Protective Services in Tarrant County. Morgan has been certified in Dallas, Tarrant, and Collin counties as an expert witness in Indian Child Welfare Cases. In 2011, Morgan joined the Covenant Kids team as a Case Management Supervisor.
Jana O’Neal

Jana graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from The University of Mary Hardin-Baylor. After graduation, Jana was employed with Early Childhood Intervention as an Early Intervention Specialist, where she worked with children struggling with developmental delays. Jana joined the Covenant Kids team in 2007 and has worked as Foster Care/Adoption Case Manager, a Post Adoption Services Case Manager, and accepted the role of Quality Assurance Foster Care/Adoption Case Manager in 2011.
Paul Cuppett, PsyD

Paul graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and a Master’s degree in Counseling from Texas Christian University. He then went on to complete his Doctor of Psychology degree in Clinical Psychology at the Georgia School of Professional Psychology in Atlanta, Georgia. He received specific training in pediatric and child psychology at Hugh Spalding Children’s Hospital in Atlanta, and at Hawthorne Children’s Psychiatric Hospital in St. Louis. He previously worked as a full time psychologist for the Texas Youth Commission, providing clinical and administrative oversight for the acute care psychiatric unit in Corsicana. He has been in private practice since 1992 and with Covenant Kids since 2005. Paul’s careful and conscientious assessment of children is an invaluable resource to the Covenant Kids team. His investment in the success of each of the children we serve, as well as their families, is a true blessing to our organization.
Donna Campbell, PsyD

Donna graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Texas Christian University. She then went on to complete her Master of Arts and Doctor of Psychology degrees in Clinical Psychology at the American School of Professional Psychology at Argosy University in Dallas. Donna has experience with children, adolescents, and adults, for whom she has conducted numerous psychological, neuropsychological, and extended forensic assessments, as well as conducted individual, group, and play therapy. Prior to beginning with Covenant Kids in November 2010, Donna completed her post-doctoral residency at Cook Children’s Psychology Clinic in Denton and pre-doctoral internship at The Children’s Assessment Center in Houston.
Debbie Troppy

Debbie graduated with her Bachelor’s of Science degree in Psychology from the Pan American University in Edinburg, Texas. Upon graduation, she began working with Child Protective Services in Investigations. Debbie investigated allegations of child abuse and neglect for 14 years in Dallas County, ensuring that children at risk were protected and safe. In 2005, Debbie joined the Covenant Kids team as an Adoption Case Manager and then transitioned into the role of Intake Manager. Today Debbie is the Intake Supervisor, overseeing the matching process for foster families with children in need of placement. Debbie works hard to build relationships with Covenant Kids families in order to advocate on their behalf as we seek to place child in safe and loving homes.
Adrian Crawford

Adrian earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Tennessee and earned her Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Alliant International University in Irvine, California. Adrian has worked for the State of Florida in Jacksonville, Florida as an Adoption Case Worker. She also worked as a therapist intern in Los Angeles and Orange County, California. She moved to Texas and began working for another Child Placing Agency as a Family Group Conference Specialist and a Foster/Adoptive Case Worker. Adrian joined the Covenant Kids team in 2009.
Kelly Curry

Kelly graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Work from the University of Texas at Arlington. During her undergrad coursework, Kelly was an intern for The Gladney Center for Adoption, working closely with adoption staff and Case Managers. Through her internship, Kelly gained the opportunity to counsel with Birth Mothers and help guide them through the adoption process. Kelly also worked for another child placing agency, which helped peak her interest in foster care and adoption. Kelly joined the Covenant Kids team as a Case Manager in 2011.

Kristin graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Texas at Austin. Kristin completed her internship with the Irving Police Department Victim Services unit, where she assisted juvenile victims and their families. Kristin joined the Covenant Kids team in 2011.
Sallie Garza, MA

Sallie graduated from the University of Dallas with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology before completing a Master of Arts degree in Psychology at Duquesne University. Sallie began working in Foster Care and Adoption in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania in 1990 and has been in the field of helping children ever since. Sallie joined the Covenant Kids team in 2005.
Becky Gehm

Becky graduated with a Bachelor of Social Work degree from Baylor University. Becky worked for a foster care and adoption agency in the Waco area prior to joining the Covenant Kids team in 2010. Becky initially served as an Administrative Assistant, supporting prospective foster and adoptive parents before accepting her position as Case Manager.
Jennifer Haley

Jennifer graduated with a Master’s degree in Developmental and Family Studies from the University of North Texas. Jennifer began her work with foster children as an intern at Catholic Charities Assessment Center where she worked alongside the foster children’s social worker to develop behavior management plans and provided services and support to the foster children that reside at the facility. Jennifer joined the Covenant Kids team as a Case Manager in 2011.
Michelle Jones

Michelle graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and Human Services Counseling from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas Nevada. She came to work with Covenant Kids in April of 2006 as a Case Manager. In March of 2008, Michelle and her husband opened their home to foster teen moms and pregnant teen girls as a group home. Michelle fostered for 2 and half years and recently adopted two children. She has rejoined the Covenant Kids team as a Case Manager in 2011 and also teaches the Preparing for Placements Pre-Service Training Class. She has a heart for hurting children and a desire to see God use her, and others, to help heal and restore children from hard places.
Jackie Jordan

Jackie graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences with a minor in Education from Ashford University. Jackie worked for Covenant Kids from 2005 to 2007 in records management while she completed her degree program. She has worked in records and office management in the human services field since that time. In 2010, upon her graduation, Covenant Kids was proud to welcome her back into the team, and into the role of Case Manager.

Tyler graduated with a Bachelor of Social Work degree from the University of North Texas. After graduation, Tyler was a Program Manager at Communities In Schools of North Texas, working in Northwest ISD. Upon moving to Dallas, Tyler became a Case Manager at Promise House, where he provided social work services in a crisis and residential emergency shelter for homeless teens. Currently he’s working towards a Master’s of Science in Social Work degree from the University of Texas at Arlington. He joined the Covenant Kids team as a Case Manager in 2011.

Jennifer graduated with a Master of Science degree in Counseling Psychology from Central Washington University. Jennifer worked in community mental health services, assisting persons with mental illness, and she has also worked in Aging and Long Term Care for at risk adults living in the community. Jennifer joined the Covenant Kids team as a Case Manager in 2011.
Carrie Patterson

Carrie graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Counseling from East Central University in Oklahoma. Upon graduation, she attended Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, completing a Master of Arts in Christian Education. While in Seminary, she worked for the MidCities Crisis Pregnancy Center and upon graduation from Seminary became the Associate High School Girls Minister at Prestonwood Baptist Church. Carrie has been with Covenant Kids since 2010.

After graduation, Julie began working as an Adult Probation Officer for Hill County while she continued her courses for a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology. Julie joined the Covenant Kids team as a Case Manager in 2007.
